50 Jahre "Heidi"
Unbelievable, but it’s true: Heidi, the spirited girl from the Alps with her captivating zest for life, is already celebrating the 50th anniversary of her series. The creation of the anime television series “Heidi, Girl of the Alps” in the 1970s not only marked the peak of the Heidi hype in Japan and the worldwide myth of a wholesome Alpine world, but also the beginning of a memorable artistic friendship between Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata, who founded the iconic Ghibli anime studio a good 10 years later. To celebrate this milestone anniversary, we are presenting the audience with a selection of the great little adventures that the heroine experiences together with the goatherd Peter and her grandfather Alm-Öhi.
